[ Depends on the company, he'd said, and meant. She pretty much couldn't have made a better choice.
There's a lot of people in ZRAEL's Rainy Day Room who could use some comfort — and fortunately, a lot of comfort to be had. Very much despite himself, Lupine might be looking forward to the after part of this as much as the actual threesome.
(Will this be his first threesome ever? A banner day for his teenaged self's ambitions?) (If so, teenaged him is gonna have to hold his not-horses a little while longer, because Lupine is very much pausing as soon as they enter to gaze up at the sky.)
A low whistle. Softly: ]
Damn.
[ The rain is even more gorgeous than the regular omnipresent night sky. ] [ Earring effect already underway? Or not just yet? ]
Not bad, right? [ It's her favorite room in the dorm, by far. There's even a convenient nest of pillows on the floor already, in the most convenient spot for skygazing -- not her first hookup in this particular room. ]
[ Which probably explains why she pulls out a thin piece of steel and proceeds to Superman-bend it around the door hatch, providing something of a lock. Why are either of you even here if not to enjoy the company of a lady who can rip you in half? ]
[ Thanks be for already getting laid twice tonight, she can wait for them to take in the view. But she'll only tolerate being second (third?) fiddle to a skyline for so long, so she steps over to drape herself against Venti's back, or side, or whatever's not going to obstruct his storm watching. ]
[ Her clothes have a lot of frustrating buckles and fastenings on them, enjoy that! ]
[ Venti (with a mercifully still deactivated earring) also does some gawking -- walks right into the middle of the room at spins around, in fact, admiring the ceiling. ]
You'd think it would be gloomy, but there's actually something peaceful and relaxing about it!
[ --Of course, then there's a vampire queen pressed against his back, and it successfully pulls his attention away. He leans back into her, shooting Lupine an amused glance. ]
[ Since we're establishing outfits: some Bad End duds with his hair half-up. ] [ —Will definitely admit some interest in the steel-bending, his eyes widening a little, but he watches her move over to lean into Venti, and at Venti's comment, he chuckles. ]
Well, that won't do.
[ Coming up behind her, nuzzling the nape of her neck. ]
[ Her strength, and the room, are everyday for her, so naturally her interest in either is fleeting. There's plenty of time to skygaze, later. ]
A lady can only be second tier to a fake sky for so long, [ she says, half whining, all fake melodrama. Lupine should notice she smells (and tastes) like honey and sugar, those honey toast toppings got almost everywhere, and Kitsu was bound to miss a few spots. ]
[ She slips one arm around Venti at his waist, her other reaching up to snag Lupine by the loose part of his hair, looking every inch like the cat that got the canary. She does so like attention, and giving it too, which she does by nibbling on the shell of Venti's earring-less ear. ] Patience has never been my strong suit.
[ One of his hands falls back, lazily brushing against the hair at Saya's temple. Might even reach juuust a little farther, until he can hook one finger in a lock of Lupine's hair, too. ]
I could sing a pretty verse about how the company far outshines the beauty of the sky, but that might be laying it on a little thick, what do you two think?
[ Okay, but are you two playing with his hair or are you pulling on it, ] [ He will lick at a patch of mostly-dried honey, before grinning at Venti over her shoulder. Turns his head to nip at those fingers. ]
Not really the kind of vocal performance I was after, I'll admit.
[ She knows Lupine's little quirks enough to definitely be tugging on his hair. Venti, however, she'll have to experiment, which is its own sort of gratifying, hopefully. Being able to hear heartbeats gives her a cheat here and she's damn sure going to use it, brushing along the bottom of Venti's wing with her fingertips just enough to rustle the feathers, curious (and, for some reason, nagged by a stray flicker of nostalgia). ]
[ She rolls her shoulders as Lupine licks at her, amused, speaking of laying things on thick ] Enthusiasm with the sugar syrup. I'm sure you'll find a few spots we missed. [ Some of them quite on purpose. ]
I have yet to hear you sing, actually. [ The undercurrent in her voice, the fact that her lips are right against Venti's ear, makes perfectly clear that she's not after some flowery song lyrics. ] But I don't sing for just any old thing. [ Lupine knows this well by now; Venti will figure it out. Her species isn't inclined to be quite that malleable, but she does definitely like when people rise to a challenge. (She has something of a plan involving that extra blood Lupine got infused with, but she's not in hunting mode quite yet, it'll keep.) ]
[ Please, why would he go right for what Lupine wants? Who do you think he is? His fingers simply curl idly, creating tension without following up. Not even when Lupine's teeth brush along the pads of them. ]
Hehe . . . [ He tips his head back into Saya's lips, the wing under her hand giving away more than he does -- it jerks just slightly at the sudden contact, by no means pulling away. ] No? That's my mistake, but I'm also not in the habit of playing for free.
[ Well, that statement certainly has his eyebrows lifting, grin widening a little. ]
Sounds like a challenge.
[ On — all counts, technically, but he nuzzles a little lower, scenting her skin, pressing lazy kisses on her shoulder blades. It tugs his hair slowly but surely out of reach, sorry not sorry. ]
What's a guy gotta do for a pretty duet around here.
[ Don't apologize to her, Lupine, she's perfectly delighted to let you find all those little sweet spots Kitsu left on her. It frees up her other hand to slip around Venti's waist while her other toys with the feathers between her fingers. ]
[ So, for her part of a duet? Not as easy as this, but: ] Bleed a little, to start. [ She was referencing Lupine and that extra blood he acquired for her, but she uses her fangs to score Venti's jaw anyway, focusing on his heartbeat so she'll know what buttons need a harder push. ]
[ Wow! He was enjoying playing with that hair, sir!
He hums at the tug at his wings, distracted -- enough that his breath catches a little at the sudden presence of fangs. He presses into them, though, so this is certainly not an unpleasant surprise.
And unbeknownst to him, angles and closed eyes being what they are, the jewel on his left ear starts emitting a bright glow. ]
[ He chuckles, but there's a beat of uncertainty under it; remembering Venti's vegetarianism and hesitation to indulge in the vampire card during Monster Bingo. He hums in response, fingers finding the laces at the back of her corset to tug lightly. ]
Think I can manage that.
[ He's also distracted and at a bad angle for the light show, so for him it's just a slight change in the quality of the ambient light. Which still makes Lupine pause, but. ]
[ She's already drank from Venti twice and milked him for a few blood drops earlier that were specifically not for feeding purposes, so she was confident he'd be fine. Instead she focuses on making an encouraging sound as Lupine tugs on her corset laces and she works her way along Venti's jaw toward his mouth -- ]
[ She stills as the light changes, her instincts flaring sharply. Releasing Venti's wingfeathers, she reaches up to gently touch beneath his chin to try and cant his head slightly if he'll cooperate... yep. Damn. ]
You good? [ she asks, quietly. She doesn't want to kill the mood for no reason, but if he's about to start disappearing or coughing violently or struggle in some way (she has experience with these things by now) it'd be better to know it now. ] Your earring...
[ —Well, that brings him up short. Lupine straightens back up, and his gaze fixes on the glow. Shifting to one side, his experiences with earrings so far were 'emotion projection' and 'suddenly insubstantial limbs', so — he's ready for different problems. ]
If you need or wanna stop...
[ Just. Wants it clear that that'd be totally fine. ] [ But also screw the producers, seriously. ]
