Good. It's been literal weeks since I had a satisfying meal. And I don't mean the kind in that basket.

[ With that, on goes her mermaid necklace and Saya dives into the water while a glittering silver tail forms, with streaks of red and black. ]

[ She surfaces and shakes out her hair, lengthening hers to something long enough to tie back, which she proceeds to do. Her short hair is hell in the water. ]

Come on, then. Or do I have to play the siren and tempt you out?

[Kantera enters the water before putting on his necklace - his tail is longer than he is tall, sleek and black. A dragonfish, fitting enough.]

[ Definitely stroking that long tail. ] Thank you.

[ Possibly make out underwater, you know the usual. ]

[As one does. The petting gets a pleased sigh from him.]

[He swims around her, encircling her with his tail, before diving further down.]

[ She does a little dolphin leap out of the water before diving because it's Saya. ]

about halfway to the deepest parts of the bottom there's a place where mermaids live. they let Yuri and me stay overnight. [ On the quest which they're not talking about, but that was a fun thing so it's allowed! ]

That was kind of them. I'd say hello, but selfishly, I want you all to myself today.

In that case... [ She whirls around in the water so she's more or less circling him, then slides her arms around his shoulders and gives him a kiss -- a real kiss, one that shows how desperately she missed him, which she wasn't sure he'd want on the beach where people were slightly more likely to be around. ]

[A deep and needy kiss, one that he returns in full. He knows her being away was important and necessary, but it didn't make him miss her any less. He slips his arms around her waist and holds her close.]

[ So much for exploring the sea floor... but Saya prefers this. She needs this. Being apart isn't any good for her, despite the very good reasons for it. ]

[ One of her hands drifts to his waist, curious if the place where his tail meets skin is as sensitive as where his wings and horns meet his body. Curious what she can get away with now that there's no one around to stumble upon them. ]
